We hope you are satisfied with every item you purchase from triedict.com. If there are any issues with the product or it does not meet your expectations, you can apply for a return according to the following policy and enjoy worry-free shopping protection.

Return Application Conditions

Please submit your return application within 30 days of receiving the product. Failure to do so will be considered an automatic waiver of your return rights. The product must be in brand new, unused condition, with complete packaging (including product labels, tags, accessories, and gifts), and free from damage, stains, or signs of human-caused damage. Special items (such as food, personal care products, and customized items) are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue due to hygiene and special requirements. For quality issues, relevant testing certificates must be provided.

Return Process

Log in to triedict.com, go to "My Account - My Orders", find the corresponding order, click "Apply for Return", and fill in the reason for return and related information;

After submitting the application, customer service will review it within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email containing the return address and instructions;

Please pack the product and related accessories as required and send them to the designated return address within 7 days of receiving the approval email (you will need to bear the return shipping cost initially; if the return is due to product quality issues, we will fully reimburse the return shipping cost upon successful return, and you will need to provide valid shipping receipts);

After receiving the returned goods, we will complete the inspection within 3-5 business days. After the inspection is passed, the refund will be returned to your original payment account. The refund arrival time depends on the payment platform rules.
